The only reliable way to find the exact venue and date for your area is the official locator on the Government of West Bengal portal.

  1. Open jks.wb.gov.in
  2. Click “Locate your Shivir” or the equivalent “Know Your Camp Location” link
  3. Select District → Block / Municipality → Gram Panchayat or Ward
  4. The portal returns the camp date, venue name and coverage area

Camps for the October 2026 Seva Setu Abhiyan round are scheduled 2–4 October. Hours are typically 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Carry original documents plus photocopies. No appointment is required for walk-in registration.

Do not rely on unofficial third-party lists; they can lag behind official updates. Always confirm on the live portal before travelling.
